I’ll just write a quick comment to this news. The EdenWay Network counts leading websites as Immobiliare (leader in Italy), IS24 (leader in Germany), Ingatlan (leader in Hungary), Oferty (leader in Poland), Realitymix (leader in Czech Republik), and some other major site like Yaencontre (#3 in Spain). New major sites start the integrating stage (from Irland, Russia, more French sites, more UK sites, more Belgium sites, …).
During this crisis period, the EdenWay Network attracts a lot of foreign buyers and we think that it is a real success. More foreign buyers can now have access to free multilingual assistance and we receive very positive feedbacks from agents. We are working hard to make a good job and to make international transactions more fluent.
I’ve carrefully read the comment from Thomas Gohm but I cannot trust in this comment as he is working for a competitor company (athome) trying to address markets like France, Germany and Luxembourg and member of the REA Group owner of Casa.it competitor on the Italian market. So saying that Immobiliare is ‘Mitgliedsportale völlig uninteressant’ is just not serious as Immobiliare reaches the ranking number one in Italy pushing away the historical player Casa.

Ähnliches hab ich mir auch gedacht und mir daher erlaubt das in der PM genannte “führend” wegzulassen: “…Als einziges deutsches Immobilienportal ist ImmobilienScout24 ab sofort Mitglied im Zusammenschluss der führenden europäischen Immobilienportale, dem EdenWay Netzwerk…”

Wenn man sich die Kooperationspartner anschaut, fragt man sich, ob das wirklich ein guter Zug ist von IS! Keines dieser Portale dürfte doch dem Anspruch des IS entsprechen. Sind alles Länderportale, die zu den kleineren bis völlig unbedeutenden in ihren Ländern zählen. Vor allen in den grossen Märkten in Europa, wie z.B. Grossbritanien und Italien, oder auch Spanien und Frankreich sind die Mitgliedsportale völlig uninteressant. Selbst im kleinen Luxemburg hat man ein Portal als Partner, das dort am Markt so gut wie keine Rolle spielt. Aber scheint wieder eine Geldeinnahmequelle für den IS zu sein, nur der Nutzen für die Nutzer wird meiner Meinung nach nur sehr gering bis gar nicht vorhanden sein.
